Using a scientifically sound approach Adam has been empowering others to change their lives and achieve exceptional results since 2005. Adam does not believe in the one size fits all approach to training and nutrition, which has led him to seek skills and knowledge to design and implement customised exercise programs.
Adam’s passion is dedicated to the areas of holistic lifestyle coaching. This covers all areas such as stress management, nutrition, motivation, life coaching and functional exercise programs.
Since 2005 Adam has worked with a wide demographic of individuals with goals ranging from fat loss, pain reduction, pre and post natal maintenance, sports performance, muscle gain and life coaching. With these clients Adam has been involved in achievements such as INBA (International Natural Bodybuilding Association) competitors, SAPOL Sports Woman of the Year awards, INBA Miss Australia 2008, member of the WSANFL Grand finalists 2008, 2009, as well as coaching many in changing their lives to achieve their desired goals.
It is Adam’s goal to see all of his clients achieve their desired goals, to surpass their expectations and take control of their own lives, living with an equilibrium between mind, body and soul.
